THE 80/20 PROGRAM
BECOMING THE 80/20 PERSON



(Not yet finalized, but very implementable as it is.  However, you can set up a notebook/workbook using these pieces)

You would simply, if there is no form linked, write these out on separate pages, organizing them into a notebook in logical order, with this page in the front, used as a checklist.  Most of what is below eliminates what is in the bottom 80%, so you can progress faster with more impact by implementing the top 20%, which is at least 4 times more impactful.   Link to the sister site where more specifics are needed, using the search engine or contents/links pages:  Sister Site Map.

Read the introductory overall pieces (see SiteMap) so that you have a context and viewpoint that will better enable you to complete this process.

You may want to start by jumping into it in Quick Implementation Of The 80/20 Rule, with forms for ease.

STEP I.  FIGURE OUT WHAT IS MOST VITAL

__ Write out what the results are that you want to get from doing this 80/20 Person program,
    including problems you want to solve.   (Just list on a piece of paper; this is the same things
    you'd list for any program for success in life .)
__ List at least 10 of your most happy, fulfilled times. 
__ List at least 10 of your highest achievement times.
__ List what is of most value to you in your life and rate them on a scale of 1-10.


STEP II.  FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THERE

__ Clearing up the time to do all of this (see implementation, below)
__ "De-cluttering", below
__ Making sure you have an effective "life vehicle" to travel in.
    __ Knowing how the mind works, the top 20%
    __ Knowing how the body works, the top 20%
__ Operate from the key principles
__ Learn and use the time management basics, but don't overdo it
__ Make decisions ahead of time, so not take the energy of deciding each time
__ Commitments, declarations, taking stands - write these out clearly on 3 separate pages.


IMPLEMENTATION STAGE 1  Although it is most vital that you implement the body and mind top 20%, we are starting with clearing up the time to do so.  It is perfectly fine to get a jump start using the forms in Quick Implementation Of The 80/20 Rule.

      DE-CLUTTERING, REMOVING

          __ Cutting The Bottom 40% (or more)
          __ Relationships (By effect on you; decide which to diminish, maintain, increase)
          __ Things - Clothes, personal environment
          __ Your schedule - Eliminating 50% of what you do

      RESETTING YOUR SCHEDULE FOR EFFECTIVENESS

          __ Figure out and eliminate 50% of what you do - What you "don't do" is a key space
              creator
              __ Learn systematic avoidance (saying no graciously, dodging, not doing what
                  others want)
         __ Theme days
         __ Rejuvenation - Mandatory, on purpose, days pre-scheduled
         __ Preparation
         __ Creating, planning, thinking (days scheduled in!)
         __ Results days (focus on just getting results, preparation already done)

     BODY

        __ Eating, weight
        __ Exercising effectively

      MIND

        __ Re-forming the key beliefs  (Fix major big ones now, get quickest results now; polish   
             this off later.)
        __ Retraining the brain
                A set way of "recentering" and calming, implementable throughout the day.

      SETTING UP SUPPORTING SYSTEMS

         __ Time management, schedule

       SETTING UP SUPPORTING RELATIONSHIPS, ALLIES

         __ Coaches
         __ Five closest relationships are highly supportive, very healthy thinking people
         __ Master Mind group set up in each key area of endeavor

       SETTING UP RESOURCES (Spending time to find the best, to improve the quality and
        results and/or to delegate to, to save time.  Maximize this!)

       MASTERFUL LEARNING (Learn and follow this!)

            Do not reinvent the wheel!!!!
